Dec 4 (Reuters) – S&P Global (NYSE:) Ratings on Tuesday downgraded the credit rating of Indian automaker Tata Motors Ltd and its unit Jaguar Land Rover Automotive Plc (JLR), citing weaker-than-expected profitability at JLR.

S&P cut https://www.bseindia.com/xml-data/corpfiling/AttachLive/77a50344-91e6-4afd-966e-3101511d5c6d.pdf rating on Tata Motors’ issuer credit and senior unsecured notes to ‘BB-‘ from ‘BB’.
