+CNET let me remind you what you are. You review tech, you report your findings and that's it. DO NOT report on a topic that has nothing to do with your field AND decide to run an ad at the beginning of the video. That is called a cash grab and I don't approve ?

Cnet the letter is not an apology, The terms that were used there are non apologetic. It is stating the situation. Please have sure and re verify the statement, It is not an apology. For someone who was awarded for communication that's an appalling statement.

And…… If the cameras were not rolling they would have killed him. Period. United, Pepsi, TSA, airlines in general, you have become the unfortunate part of flying. Not only is flying unsafe from outside terror, now it's unsafe from your hired goons. Heard the "cop" that jumped this guy is suspended. SUSPENDED? What—–was there an angle you didn't see his brutality from? What about the 2 thugs backing him up. They didn't intervene. Ohhhhh, now we will hear when they we're out of sight they helped the Senior Citizen. Do you have any idea what smashing the face and pulling by the arms down the aisle of a plane will do to an old person? Finally, all the people that witnessed this are probably having problems. The Asian man was not acting when he came running back saying they kill me…

"looking into the incident" isn't good enough. Here is a thought…why not do your job right in the first place, so later you don't need to say "looking into the incident".

THE AIRLINE GAMBLED… AND IT LOST….. SELLING SEATS TWICE IS A BIT SHADY… BUT THEY GAMBLE ON IT TO MAKE CASH….But instead of paying what ever it cost to fix from pervious winnings…They decided to BRING IN THE HEAVIES…..The house usually wins… BUT WHEN THEY LOOSE…They need to pay up..

Is that how Americans "escort" a 69 year old man?

  • April 12, 2017 at 6:50 am

The scream is traumatizing. If you didn't know what the video was about you'd thought it was about something bad happening in a slaughterhouse. United airlines will not have my business.
